A new video has been released showing a bit more footage from the BTS of 'The Hunger Games' DVD/Blu-ray.

Before The Hunger Games, Jennifer Lawrence was known mostly for indie fare, like her Oscar-nominated turn in Winter’s Bone.

In this EW exclusive clip of a behind-the-scenes feature from the upcoming Blu-ray release ofThe Hunger Games, Lawrence discusses her fears about signing onto a popular franchise film, her advice from her mom, and why a good script is a good script, no matter the size of the movie.

Viral Marketing Campaign for 'HATES'

Although Jennifer Lawrence didn't make it to Comic Con it seems that there was a nice surprise for her new horror flick 'House at the End of the Street' ! 

At Comic Con they handed out promotional flashlights. When projected against a wall the flashlight reveals a phone number. (773-451-9439) If you call the number you will hear Jennifer's voice crying out for help. After you hang up you will receive a text message with a link to a clip from the film. (You can check out the clip in the previous post click here ) If you reply to the message you will get a reply saying "Thanks for your help. I'll text you again when I'm in trouble."

Making of The Hunger Games Featurette

Missed Comic-Con? That's okay! EW now has a behind the scenes clip from 'The Hunger Games' which just premiered at the Comic-Con panel.

The video is a closer look at the scene where Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) is tied in a tree, and the fire starts to surround her. Watch director Gary Ross and stunt coordinator Chad Stahelski block out and show Lawrence the path she has to run, and watch how close Lawrence actually gets to the fire. Katniss would be proud.

Yes it is official 'Mockingjay' the third book in The Hunger Games trilogy will be split into two films! The release dates have been announced.



Lionsgate will release two films based on Mockingjay, the third book in Suzanne Collins’ Hunger Games trilogy. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 will bow worldwide November 21, 2014, followed by The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 on November 20th, 2015. The first sequel, Catching Fire, is coming out November 22, 2013. The original Hunger Games bowed March 23 and has grossed $404.4 million at the domestic box office and $678.2 million worldwide.

Jennifer says Catching Fire will get 'real'

“The new movie will be very real, which is what I’m excited about,” she told 24 Frames of “Catching Fire,” which Francis Lawrence will direct. “I really like his take, which is a lot of what I liked in Gary Ross,” she added. “It’s the realistic grasp of the story instead of all the details of the imaginary things.”

Lawrence said she’s met with the director and believes that, overall, he’s trying to continue what Ross started with his adaptation of the first book in the Suzanne Collins’ series. “He’s not trying to reinvent anything,” she said.

The actress begins shooting “Catching Fire” in the fall, with the movie set for a November 2013 release
